Community Guidelines

These standards apply to Bella profiles, human chats and calls, rooms, stories, AI characters, generated content, and creator submissions. Bella is for adults aged 18 and over.

Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation.

Creating, requesting, sharing, promoting, or facilitating CSAE or CSAM is prohibited, including real, simulated, or AI-generated depictions involving a minor. Report a concern in Bella or use the contact on our Child Safety Standards page. Do not download or upload suspected CSAM.

Respect people and privacy

Do not harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, or target people with hate or abuse.
Do not share another person's private information, intimate content, or voice or likeness without permission and any consent required by law.
Do not impersonate people, mislead others about AI-generated content, or use Bella for scams or unlawful activity.
Do not clone or use a voice or likeness unless you have the necessary rights and consent.
Use room recording only through Bella's consent flow. Every affected human participant must agree for that recording session.

AI characters and creator content

AI characters and their replies are artificial. Do not present AI-generated speech as authentic speech from a real person. Public character discovery is subject to Bella's review and approval process. Keep private characters, rooms, and invitation links private; a shared recording does not make its character or room public.

Reporting and enforcement

Use in-app reporting from Settings and the relevant chat, character, or room. You can also block users where that feature is available. Bella reviews reports and may remove content, restrict discovery or features, suspend or terminate accounts, and make legally required referrals. See our Terms and Privacy Policy.
