Child Safety Standards

Bella is an adults-only service. We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in every form, including content that is real, simulated, or AI-generated.

Zero tolerance

Do not create, request, upload, share, promote, or use Bella to facilitate sexual abuse or exploitation of anyone under 18. CSAM is prohibited. We remove reported or detected material, restrict accounts where appropriate, preserve relevant information when legally permitted or required, and report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority as applicable law requires.

Age restrictions

Bella is intended only for people aged 18 and older. Account creation requires a date of birth indicating that the user is at least 18. We may restrict or close accounts when we have reason to believe that an account belongs to a minor. Age checks are based on information supplied during registration and do not represent identity-document verification.

Report a concern in Bella

Users can submit a safety report without leaving the app. Reporting is available in Settings and from AI chats, character profiles, and shared-character rooms. Choose the child abuse or exploitation category and describe the concern. Please do not send, download, or upload suspected CSAM; a description and the in-app context are enough to route a report for review.

Review and response

Reports are stored securely and reviewed by authorized moderators. Reports involving child sexual abuse or exploitation receive priority. Moderators can remove or disable content, pause rooms, restrict or suspend accounts, and escalate a case for required external reporting. We review reports to inform safety controls and take action consistent with our policies and applicable law.
